IMPORTANT NOTICE :
We offer a complimentary shuttle service for any spa purchase of more than 1,500 baht within a 5 km radius of the spa. If the distance exceeds 5 km, additional charges may apply based on the distance.
Please note that our driver will arrive 15-30 minutes before your selected time. We kindly ask you to be ready and waiting at the designated pickup spot. For example, if your selected time is 10:00, the pickup time will be around 09:30.

Booking Confirmation Terms for Zira Spa
1. Booking Procedure: Customers can book a massage through our website, phone, or email. Please provide complete and accurate information for ease of communication.
2. Booking Confirmation: A booking will be confirmed when our staff responds to the customer via email or phone.
3. Deposit Payment: To secure a massage booking, customers must make a deposit in advance, which can be done through bank transfer or online payment. The deposit is required to confirm your booking.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. If a cancellation is made less than the specified time, we reserve the right not to refund the deposit.
5. Punctuality: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for preparation and relaxation before the massage.
