A: We offer various payment methods for your convenience. We accept Visa and MasterCard for credit card payments, as well as WeChat Pay and AliPay. PromptPay and bank transfers are also available at the spa.

A: All prices are net and already include tax/VAT, which is non-refundable. Gratuities for our staff’s efforts are greatly appreciated. If your therapist has made your spa experience special, feel free to give them a gratuity. Tips can be given directly to the therapist or left at the front desk with the receptionist.

A: We offer a free shuttle service for any spa purchase of more than 1,500 baht (within 5 km from the spa). If the distance exceeds 5 km, additional charges may apply depending on the distance.

A: Currently, Zira Spa has only one branch located in the heart of Chiang Mai city.

A: It’s absolutely fine to receive a massage or spa treatment if you’re comfortable. You can ask for spare sanitary pads if needed, and we also provide underpants for you to change into.

A: We do not offer treatments for pregnant women due to the Thailand Ministry of Public Health advising against Thai Traditional Massage during pregnancy, as it may not be comfortable or safe for the mother and baby.

A: We do not recommend massages for elderly individuals over the age of 60, especially those with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure or gout. We also do not recommend massages for children under the age of 10.

A: Our signature treatment is the Royal Thai Lanna Massage, which employs ancient Lanna massage techniques. This includes finger pulling using bamboo woven tools, which help stretch and release tension.

A: Traditional Thai Massage is performed with slow movements, covering the entire body for the deepest possible relaxation by pressing and kneading energy lines. The Royal Thai Lanna Massage (Fon Leb) includes body balance checking, finger pulling with a bamboo woven tool, hammer stroke massage (Tok Sen) on the shoulders and legs, and a Thai herbal ball hot compress massage on the abdomen for deeper relaxation and balance restoration.

A: The “Hot” Aromatherapy Oil Massage uses warm essential oil, which feels more relaxing, warm, and smooth on your skin. The warmth helps to refresh and uplift your senses while the aromatherapy deeply absorbs into your skin for greater relaxation.
